The fat cells that are frozen and cleared out don't come back. That said, remaining fat cells can still expand with significant weight gain, so results hold best with stable weight and normal activity.
Temporary redness, swelling, numbness, and firmness in the treated area are common and typically resolve within one to two weeks. Some patients notice lingering numbness or tingling for a few weeks longer, which is normal and fades on its own.
